The information submitted on the Whistler Event Application Form will be shared and reviewed in the following manner:

Who will see it?
The information will be used by the Whistler Events Working Committee, comprised of key Resort Partners, in the progression of the application.

Why do we need it?
In order to understand the event you are interested in hosting in Whistler.

What will we do with it?
Process your application, respond and file.

When will we delete it?
For smaller and one-off events, up to 2 years after the event and for major and regular events, up to 5 years after the event.

How can you check and correct the information we hold?
