Please note that this calendar is updated as soon as events are confirmed. All events are subject to review to ensure no conflicts with existing events to ensure the success of each event. Reviewing our established events calendar will give you an idea of the variety of Whistler Events & Festivals to help ensure your event concept is unique to Whistler and our visitors.

• Once you have reviewed the Whistler venues and the events checklist, please complete with Whistler Events Application Form.


• The information on the submitted Whistler Event Application form will be shared with the Whistler Events Working Committee comprised of key Resort Partners for review.


• Once the document has been reviewed, the event organizer will be contacted with next steps and important contact information.
