Whistler Blackcomb Event Protocols
Whistler Blackcomb requires the following Event Booking Requirements for indoor or outdoor events taking place within Whistler Blackcomb
owned and operated areas (Ski Hill, Bike Park, Tube Park or Restaurants):
Gondola & Lift Uploading
A fee will apply if ski lifts and/ or gondolas are being used outside of normal operating hours.
On-Mountain Food & Beverage
If the event is taking place on Whistler Blackcomb property, Whistler Blackcomb Catering, the preferred vendor, has first right of refusal.
Liquor License
Whistler Blackcomb can assist in applying for a Special Occasions License.
Signage
Whistler Blackcomb has its own dedicated sign shop that is available to event producers.
Event Marketing & Communications
Potential event marketing and communications support to be determined between event producer and Whistler Blackcomb.
