Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) Event Protocols

The RMOW requires the following Event Booking Requirements for indoor or outdoor events taking place in Municipal areas (Whistler Village, Parks & Fields or Municipal Indoor Facility):

• Mandatory Site Visit at the early event planning stages
• Whistler Village Event Permit Application
• Outside Facility Use Application
• Production Schedule Example
• Sponsor Activations & Sampling Plan to be approved by RMOW
• Business License – if applicable, please visit here.
• Application for use of the Day Lots for Events, Festivals and Non-Public Parking.

The following may also be required in addition to your Village Use Application: Site and Emergency Plan, Security Plan, and Temporary Structure Plans.
